Maria Selena Failed To Reach Top 16 In Miss Universe 2012
The grand finale of Miss Universe 2012 was held at the Planet Hollywood Live theatre, Las Vegas. Unfortunately, Miss Indonesia, Maria Selena, failed to enter the Top 16.
The 16 contestants who made it into the Top 16 are from Venezuela, Turkey, France, Peru, Russia, Mexico, Poland, Hungary, South Africa, Philippines, Croatia, Brazil, Kosovo, Australia, India and the United States.
Miss Philippines Janine Tugonon, Miss South Africa Melinda Bam, Miss Venezuela Irene Sofia Esser Quintero are three names that many predicted to become Miss Universe 2012.
This year’s jury panels are made up of Brad Goreski, Cee Lo Green, Claudia Jordan, Diego Boneta, Kerri Walsh Jennings, Masaharu Morimoto, Nigel Barker, Pablo Sandoval, Scott Disick, and Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete.
So, who will succeed the universal beauty queen crown this year?
Side update: Miss USA, Olivia Culpo, was crowned with the title of Miss Universe 2012. Miss Indonesia, Maria Selena, ended up being shortlisted in 10th place for Best National Costume.
